Kyros Software Ltd (company number 16915277) is a UK software services company. Our supply chain consists primarily of software and hosting providers, and a small number of contractors.
03POLICY
We do not tolerate modern slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chain. All staff and contractors are required to comply with applicable laws and ethical standards.
04SUPPLY CHAIN
Our supply chain is limited to software tools, cloud hosting services, and specialist contractors. We assess suppliers for ethical practices and labour standards before engagement.
05RISK ASSESSMENT
Given our size, sector (software services), and supply chain (primarily digital services from established providers), we assess our risk of modern slavery as low.
06DUE DILIGENCE
We verify identity and right-to-work for all staff and contractors. Contractor agreements include requirements to comply with the Modern Slavery Act.
07TRAINING
Directors are briefed annually on modern slavery obligations and indicators.
08APPROVAL
