Modern slavery statement
Introduction
This is a voluntary modern slavery and human trafficking statement made by Kyros Software Ltd (Co. 16915277) for the financial year ending 2026. We are not required to publish a statement under Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 as our annual turnover is below the £36 million threshold. We publish this statement voluntarily as part of our commitment to ethical business practices.
Organisation
Kyros Software Ltd is a micro software company registered in England and Wales. We deliver software and digital services to the UK public sector. Our registered office is 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk IP28 7DE.
Our policy
We are committed to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking have no place in our business or supply chain. We expect the same commitment from our suppliers, contractors and business partners.
Supply chain
Our supply chain is low-complexity and consists primarily of:
- Cloud infrastructure providers (major UK/EU data centres)
- Software-as-a-service tools for development and business operations
- A small number of specialist subcontractors for software development
We do not procure physical goods at scale, operate manufacturing facilities or use labour-intensive supply chains.
Risk assessment
The risk of modern slavery in our operations and supply chain is assessed as low based on:
- We operate in the professional software services sector in the UK
- Our workforce is small, skilled and directly engaged
- We do not use recruitment agencies for unskilled labour
- Our supply chain is predominantly digital services from established providers
Due diligence
Despite the low risk profile, we take the following steps:
- We assess new suppliers for modern slavery risk before engagement
- Our subcontractor agreements include a requirement to comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015
- We would investigate and act on any concerns raised about modern slavery in our supply chain
- Any confirmed instances would result in termination of the business relationship
Training and awareness
Staff are made aware of modern slavery risks and how to report concerns as part of their induction. The Director is the point of contact for any concerns.
Reporting concerns
Anyone who suspects modern slavery in our business or supply chain should report it to the Director at [email protected] or contact the Modern Slavery Helpline on 08000 121 700.
